Hoya tannaensis

$60.00

A favourite from the HABIT Hoya archive. A species that is seldom seen in circulation as it’s seriously underrated, yet a must have. A fast growing, thin-leafed climber, endemic to the island of Tanna East, New Guinea that displays a wonderful contrast of colour with emergent foliage of a bronze/burgundy colour, hardening to green over time. Blooms are flat, displaying a delightful shade of purple beginning in the centre of the Corolla, and fading to white at the margins. The corona is a vibrant purple. This species thrives in a warm and humid environment.
